SIMPLEGROWTH Five Star Review Automation
What it does:
- The purpose of the Five Star review is to promote your business through online reviews.
How it works:
- This automation sends your client an email asking for feedback on service performed by your company.
- If they don't click on the link the first time, after a week, they will be offered the opportunity to rate their satisfaction with your company again.
- They are given two opportunities to respond on how likely they are to recommend you to others.
- The email can be triggered on specific dates, by tag or after a specific service has been completed.
- The feedback comes in the form of a rating on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest score. A text field where they can explain their score is also provided.
- Next, depending on the score, the following happens:
- If the client scores your business from 9-10, they are considered a Promoter.
- As such, they will be given 3 opportunities to review you on your choice of social media platforms. We have included Google, Facebook, Yelp and Angie's List email links which can be edited to take clients directly to your review pages.
- If they click on the link to review, they don't receive any additional emails.
- After one day, an email to do a review on social media is sent.
- If no social media link is clicked, it waits one day and emails again.
- Lastly, if the client still hasn't clicked on any social link, the automation waits a week and then emails one last time.
- If your client scores your business from 7-8, they are considered a Neutral.
- They receive a thank you note and that is all.
- If your client scores your business from 6 or below, they are considered a Detractor.
- They receive a thank you note.
- A Ticket is created in SA for someone on your staff to give them a call to see how service could be improved.
How Email Content Can Be Edited:
- All the documents for this automation can be edited at your convenience. Go to the SA Document area and filter using the NP- code. You will want to review these documents.
Tags to Know:
- If you want to exclude or stop anyone in the automation, simply apply the 4C-Do Not Market tag to that client.
Note: this will also stop this client from receiving emails from SimpleGrowth upsell marketing automations.
What to be aware of:
- Because it can take some time for the contacts to travel through the automation, it is not intended for use after each and every service is performed.
Final Steps:
- Once you have reviewed your documents, we will send you emails for three test clients so you can test drive the automation.
- Answer the questions based on the name of the client.
- Customer, Promoter-Test
- Customer, Neutral-Test
- Customer, Detractor-Test
- Once you have run through the test, we will turn the automation live.
Reports:
- Reporting on a scheduled basis (daily, weekly, monthly) you will also receive a report from the SA report center which collects and presents aggregated information to you. You can see percentages of each type of client as well as detailed feedback by category with the client's comments. Please see below.
