We have a custom field called 'Contact Type' setup in KEAP and it is automatically updated when any client gets in from MaidCentral and it is updated accordingly based on whether they are a client or lead in MaidCentral.
Contact Type:
- Lead
- ClosedLead
- Client
- FormerClient
1) Go to the KEAP app
2) Click on Contact ->Click on People
3) Click on Filter Contacts
4) Please select Contact Type from the drop-down list under the Custom Fields section
5) Contact Type drop-down > Includes Any. In the other drop down select Client
6) Click on View Contact
7) You will be able to see all the Clients on the list
