Here are the steps on how we can test Upsell Automation Emails

Manual Test - Automations are not LIVE:

- Firstly we need to ensure that the Automation and its respective document is installed in the instance.
- Create a Test Account in S.A (Example - Aiden SGS-Test)
- Click on Send button and select Email as shown below:

Insert the Automation Document which you want to test as shown below and hit Send:
- You should receive the test email to review as below:
- Under Email To, you can select multiple email addresses in case you want to send the test email to them as well.
- Note: You can send out any Automation Email when testing manually.

Automated Test - Automations are LIVE

- Firstly we need to ensure that the Automation and its respective document is installed in the instance and the Automation is LIVE.
- Create a Test Account in S.A (Example - Aiden SGS-Test)
- Apply the Automation's Test tag (Example > Landscape Maintenance Upsell - 5C-Landscape Maintenance-Test) to the contact record.

Note: You can test various upsell Automations (Live) using their respective test tag and the Tag will automatically be removed from the contact record.
- You should receive the test email to review as below:
- You can apply the Automation test tag to multiple contacts in case you want to send the test email to them as well.
