How to export services from S.A and import into Co-Pilot

Here are the steps to import services into Co-Pilot

1. Login to their SA instance and click on Gear Icon --> Settings --> Services --> Select All Services (Or Required Services) --> Actions --> Export --> Go to My Day Page.
   
   
   
   
2. My Day Page --> Recent Exports --> Service Export--> Download Icon (Next to Service Export - Check the date and file name).
   
   
   
   
3. Once you have downloaded the XLS Sheet change the file extension to CSV sheet go to --> CSV Imports --> Items and Services --> Select the CSV sheet.
   
   
   
   
4. When importing the csv file of the service list from S.A to CP the fields have to be mapped and then click on Start Import.
