Here are the steps to create Custom Fields and Services in Co-Pilot
- In the Co-Pilot Dashboard, click on the click on the Burger Icon to unhide the Ribbon.
- Click on Resources --> Custom Fields --> click on "+New Field"

Following the above step will take you to this screen:
* Applies To --> Should always be Properties
* Field Name / Label --> Will be the name of the Custom Field
* Field Type --> Should always be Integer
* Don't forget to click on --> Save Field. - Note: Custom Fields cannot be imported into Co-Pilot and will have to be created manually.
- For Normal Services, if you have Service Autopilot, the services can be Imported from there, refer to this Help article.
- If no, then you'll have to create the services manually. Click on Resources --> Items and Services --> "+ Items and Services" --> New items with Rate Matrix

Following the above steps will take you to this screen:
* Type --> Service
* Category --> By default it is set as Common, but you can add a custom category and can refer to this Help Article.
* Name* --> Actual Service Name
* Default Rate* --> Lowest Value in the Rate Matrix (Rates will be added as per the Co-Pilot Spreadsheet during the Onboarding/Setup Meeting)
* Description --> Actual Service Name
* Don't forget to click on --> Next to update the Rate Matrix. - If you want, you can add "Description on Estimate" and the "Call Script Notes" or simply skip and click on Next.
- Under Rate Matrix, always select Qty x Rates x Visits --> Add the required custom field which was created in Step 1,2 and 3 above --> Add the required Rates --> Click on Next.
- You can skip Job Costing / Analysis and click on "Save Item & Services" which will create the service in the instance.
- The Service will be created as below:
- Note: To re-edit the Rate Matrix, you can click on the pencil icon at the end of the service name and save the new values.
- To create the Hourly Service, we need to create the service normally. Please Note: The feature to create an Hourly service isn't available in CP yet. Maybe added in the future update.
- For Packages, Click on Team --> Schedule --> Multi Step Program Templates
* Template Name --> Actual Package Name
* Steps Title --> App 1 till 7 OR Visit 1 till 7
* Days from Previous Step --> The Actual number of days between the Applications/Visits
* Click on "Add Steps to Template" after each visits which will add in the Package Template under Template Steps.
* Don't forget to click on --> Save Template. - The Package will look something like this:
