How to change the Bill Rate and update the KPI (Job Costing Yearly) Report?

How to change the Bill Rate in KPI Report?

Go to the report center and open the Analysis: SimpleGrowth KPI Job Costing V2.2 - Year to Present for ServiceNameX: MP (3/11/2022).

Click on Formula Header.

Click the formula column so that it shows up in the edit area up above.

Change it to Abs(##) (## means any bill rate that needs to be updated). Then click REPLACE to the right on the column. Do not click add, click Replace.

How to add visualization to the report?

•  Click on the actual report which says, "SimpleGrowth KPI Job Costing V2.2 - Year to Present for ServiceName1 Report: MP (6/1/2022)"
  
  
  
  
• Then click on "Design" next to "View"
  
  
  
  
• Then DRAG - NEW VISUAL from the left-hand side and select the saved visualization, by clicking on ADD.
• Then change the name of the report on the top in the following format: "SimpleGrowth KPI Job Costing V2.2 - Year to Present for XXXXX SERVICE Report"
• Then change the name of the report down below in the following format: "SimpleGrowth KPI Job Costing V2.2 - Year to Present for XXXXX SERVICE as of [DateTime]"
• Then remove/delete the 3rd name of the report from down below, by clicking on the GEAR icon and then clicking on to SET save it.
• Then click on the HOME icon, this will automatically save the report.
