KEY TRIGGERS - Changes in Estimate Status START and STOP accounts in 20 DTC
- STARTS when an estimate changes from DRAFT to SENT
- STOPS when estimate status changes from SENT to
- WON (can happen manually or automatically by the customer)
- LOST* (manually set only)
- STOPS when a LEAD is converted to CLIENT
- STOPS when a LEAD is CLOSED
Remember - After 20 DTC is turned LIVE, the first estimate sent to a contact within a 20 day period will be the one that controls the automation. No additional estimates for that contact will be allowed to make the automation start again. Even setting the same estimate back to draft (such as getting a revised copy to the client) will NOT restart the automation.
Please take a look at the documents for this automation in your SA document area. These documents all start with the code TD- These are available for you to edit any time!
You may use the 20 DTC (V2) form by accessing the grey auto-assist button next to the name of each contact. The auto-assist is a forms short-cut area and this form is already mapped for you. This form can be used to delay contact or stop the automation on a case by case basis. You will find a timeline for the automation settings below. We also have a V3 Form to control 20 DTC.
