How to add a V2 Website Lead Capture Form to Website

These are the Steps to publish and embed to the website:

1. Go to Marketing --> FORMS --> Classic V2 Forms (Make sure to switch from the V3 User Interface).
   
   
   
   
2. Select the “20. Sales - Website Lead Form” from the list of V2 forms as shown below -
   
   
   
   
3. Open the website lead capture form. Scroll to the middle of the form. These options are the ones that are tied to Short Nurture Automation. Depending on which ones the contact selects, they will get a "pre-sale" email about each service selected:
   
   
   
   
4. To save the changes in the Form, click on the Save & Close Button.
   
   
   
   
5. To publish this V2 Form to the website, click on the "Publish button" as shown below -
   
   
   
   
6. From the Publish Form options page, select the one that works best on your website. Just click on the publish type for example "Use the Hosted Form"  and click on Copy
