How to configure KPI Daily and Weekly Reports using new Analysis

Configure KPI Daily and Weekly Reports using new Analysis

1. Install the new KPI Bundle Report from Marketplace in the client's instance - "Private Reports and Analysis Bundle: SimpleGrowth KPI Reports and Analysis V2.3"
   
   
2. Click on "50. Updated KPI Yesterday _ Daily : MP (6/6/2023)" Analysis as shown below:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Data and make sure the "Assigned Resource" is checked in the Job Cost Detail Options and click on OK as shown below:
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Assigned Report column within the Report Table and click on "Group" which will move that column to the first in the list as shown below:

5. Click on the Job Efficiency column in the same Report Table and click on Aggregate --> Average which will show the Average % as shown below:
   
   
   
   This is how the Report should look like:
   
   
   
   
   
6. Create a new Visualization by clicking on the 3 Boxes and renaming it as "Updated KPI Yesterday _ Daily View" as shown below:
   
   
   
   
7. Update/Add this new Visualization in the "SimpleGrowth KPI Daily V2.3 - Yesterday Report : MP (6/6/2023)" Report.
   
   
8. Repeat the Same for "50. Updated KPI Last Week _ Weekly : MP (6/6/2023)" Analysis and its "SimpleGrowth KPI Weekly V2.3 - Last Week Report : MP (6/6/2023)" Report. (Step 2 - 6)
